Refund policy

We accept returns on all items that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (to protect the jewelry during shipment) within 15 days of receipt. You may choose an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. If you need additional time, simply email us within the 15-day return window, and we’ll be happy to assist.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Larimar.com, your shopping experience is our priority. That's why we offer free returns within the U.S. If you're not completely in love with your selection, we'll cover the return shipping.

You can return your purchase in the box it came in.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of damage, wear, or alteration (including resizing).

  • If your original purchase included a promotional item (e.g., a Gift with Purchase), the promotional item must also be returned in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, your refund will be issued as store credit, or we can deduct its retail value from your refund if you prefer.
